- Y•M•I Assessments are so much more than a simple personality test. It has been found to be one of the most accurate measurements of how people are wired to think, to achieve and to impact their world. It is an application that is beneficial to all levels of Counseling, Management, Team Building, Ministry Leadership and Human Resources. Our application reveals your strengths and what are the missing parts in your team. By discovering your strengths you are also revealing your needs and blind spots. The blind spots that cause you to react, instead of lead. The blind spots that catch you unaware and may cost you grief and loss.
There are so many applications for the Y•M•I Assessments.
- Counseling: There is a real difference between design and behavior. Behavior can be changed.
- Team Building: If you’re going to build a team, you need to know what positions you have and what you don’t.
