Let's start the process of accomplishing your goals, achieving harmony with your family, and finding real satisfaction at work. Then move onto the Advanced Assessments; Interests, Abilities and Values. We combine and interpret all of your results in your coached Design Discovery Meeting (DDM).

- The longer you wait to take the assessment, the more likely you are to not finish them. Do it now while you are still motivated.
- Don't overthink the assessments. Your Orphaned Child Identity (addressed in a coached DDM if applicable) might influence your honest answers.
- You must complete all of the assessments before we can schedule your Design Discovery Meeting (DDM).
- Some assessments will take more time than others.
- You cannot fully experience the benefit of BrushFires until after your DDM.

After the Assessments are Complete
Now you are ready to begin your Design Discovery Meeting process (DDM), where you can review what your design reveals about you, how it impacts your family, and your work,. After your DDM, you can develop your Personal Purpose Statement. This is your personal life-choice compass to help you navigate all future decisions.
There are three DDM options to choose from. Once you have chosen a DDM, and you have completed all of the assessments, you will have access to our parsing programs and our DDM videos. If you've chosen a coached DDM, we will schedule a Zoom DDM appointment.

- Always be honest with yourself. You will not get satisfying results if you answer the assessments based on others expectations. To the best of your ability, silence your Orphan Child Identity (addressed in a coached DDM if applicable) and answer each assessment honestly.
- You may have multiple answers for certain questions. This is very common. If you cannot settle on one answer, ask yourself which answer you cannot live without. This approach should also be used in selecting your top Interests, Abilities and Values in the Advanced Assessments.
- The Basic Assessments are generally easier to answer, but give yourself enough time to get through the Advanced Assessments, especially the Abilities and Values assessments.
- You can contact your representative if you have questions.

How long do the assessments take?
The 3 Basic Assessments can be done in less than 45 minutes. The 3 Advanced Assessments take on average 20 minutes for each assessment.
How soon do I get my results?
Upon completion of each assessment, your results are immediately displayed to you. Once you finalize the assessment results, those results are then emailed to you. Upon completion of all of the assessments, you can arrange a Design Discovery Meeting (DDM) to receive a deep dive into your God Given Design. The Full DDM results in a Purpose Statement, your personal why and how you fit into The Body of Christ.
How do I receive my design and purpose statement?
Our program can be experienced through our personal / group study BrushFires workbook "Discover Your Devine Design", through our BrushFires 8 week Zoom or live classes, through our 2 day FireStorm events or through private coaching. The design comes together upon the completion of each assessment. These results are pulled together through the Assessments Summary Form. Further insight can be arranged through your Design Discovery Meeting (DDM).
How do I know this is accurate?
The assessments are based on the science of psychometrics and 4 decades of practice of Steven Johnson from Strategic People Development. Psychometrics is the study of the mind / soul / personality traits. It focuses in how a person is wired. Other personality assessments focus on behavior, which changes throughout a person's life. These assessments have been measured over the decades with the highest ratings of validity and reliability.
What is a Design Discovery Meeting (DDM) ?
The Design Discovery Meeting process is unlike any other. You will be seen and valued for who you really are based on the answers you gave in your Y•M•I Assessments. It's not uncommon for emotions to come to the surface, because most people go through life without ever feeling seen, understood or valued for who they are. For these reasons and more, we do the DDM evaluations privately.
The Y•M•I Assessments were created with the permission and support of Steven E. Johnson. You will be benefiting from his life's work. We are grateful for his willingness to trust Y•M•I Assessments to share this with the world.
